### 步骤

#### 一，问题描述

A mixture containing 50.0 wt% acetone and 50.0 wt% water is to be separated into two
streams – one enriched in acetone and the other in water. The separation process consists
of extraction of the acetone from the water into methyl isobutyl ketone (MIBK), which
dissolves acetone but is nearly immiscible with water. The overall goal of this problem is
to separate the feed stream into two streams which have greater than 90% purity of water
and acetone respectively.

#### 二， 先得到混合物的flowsheet

对acetone 50wt% + water 50wt% 的混合物，采用 MIBK萃取acetone的方式，最终通过flash distillation将其分离为纯度均在90%以上的water 和acetone。

这里先完成第一步，得到三种物质的混合物，这个题目单位采用英制，所以unit sets选 ENG

然后输入三种物质，


选择 SRK method 以及游离水采用 SteamNBS 方法




在Simulation 中选择 Streams，输入物料1-2 的基本数据，输入B1模块的基本参数，点击Run，成功执行


#### 三、在simulation 界面，点击 Stream Summary进行定制




在General Options 中定制报告的template，这里我命名为my_table, 见左上角。

同时取消勾选某些不需要显示在表格中的内容，最后点击send to flowsheet
